I did a pre-order it was one price online I went to pick it up. I was quoted a different price at pick up. I asked and was told that there was a mistake online that they corrected it. I was staring at my phone that still had the discounted price. “ that they supposedly updated” . I just said okay and left when I got in the parking lot I refreshed my phone and that fast it was updated. It had been the same price all day until I went to pick it up. Not sure if I will return . Highly priced compared to other dispensaries in the area.
My first experience was ok and since then it gets worse each time. No consistency with discounts and pricing. I get overcharged and told I’ll look into it. Ok after I pay and never get refunded or credited twice now?? If they didn’t have hillview products I would not be here. Guess it’s time to contact hillview to get it elsewhere
I do love this place!! The location is perfect for me and this being the 1st woman owned business of its kind here in NJ I have to say I'm very pleased to shop here! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes tops and they have everything right on iPads so you can actually see every all at once and it's way better than the others ive been to! It's not just on a big screen then you have to try and remember when you get to a person what you want while they can only see the info on their side. This place is so much better and has a huge variety of products always!!! I personally think I've found the only place I need to go to anymore!!! Love the staff and especially the owner who works just like the staff!!! I Pray her business continues to grow and multiples!!!
The staff are so kind. The service was amazing and informative. The experience was Over all enjoyable. Will definitely be revisiting this location again shortly. Very easy to spend high amounts of money quickly.
This store has the most welcoming atmosphere and you can tell the staff truly appreciates all of the customers here. There is always a fun vibe in store and Suzan, the owner, showcases artwork from local artists in her store. Definitely recommend coming here for a personable dispensary visit :)
I absolutely love this place. Great sales. Awesome products & selection. Excellent customer service. Bring cash, but if you forget, it's ok...there's an ATM in the building. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Jersey.
Immediately upon entering for the first time the security guard made unnecessary comments to me instead of just asking for my id. Strange experience. Would not recommend, will not be going back

Flawless! I love it! Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable! I couldn’t be happier.. and it’s the first woman & minority owned dispensary! I’m very excited- I am from California, so I am use to this setting.. and this did not disappoint! I have chronic pain and anxiety, so it’s important that I can count on the products because I don’t want to take pills to help ease my ailments.. it’s such a holistic experience for anyone really- we get so caught up worrying about the future and ruminating in the past, it’s nice to just stop and reset to be in the moment.
I came from out of town and finally found a rec dispensary. The owner gave me information about getting a medical card for jersey so I don’t have to pay the extra fee. I have a medical card from Michigan and I was happy she gave me that information because I would’ve never known I could do that. Im from New Jersey and I come to visit a lot. Her name is Suzann the first black women to ever open a dispensary in New Jersey and I was just amazed because I love to support my people always!!! I highly recommend this place
Suzan and her staff are amazing! They take their time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. Very compassionate and kind too.♥️ Everything they sell is the best quality around as well. I will continue to recommend Holistic Solutions to all my friends and family!
I've been here twice so far and its 100x better than all of the rec/med dispo's in the South Jersey area. This dispensary is very well organized with ample space inside and parking outside. Staff is extremely helpful and and courteous of their patrons and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. All of the products I have purchased so far have been really high quality and haven't been stale at all. I will gladly take the 5 mile drive from my house to have a 100% better experience then driving a mile to The Botanist, just to have bad service and bad low quality product!! 10/10
