- Returns or exchanges cannot be made if the packaging has been opened or altered in any manner.
- Returns or exchanges will only be honored for the same or equivalent value product if it has not left the sales floor after purchase.
- Products containing cannabis must be picked up in person at our dispensary, including orders placed online. These products cannot be shipped.
- The only products eligible for shipping are accessories ordered through our online store.
